We have three season classifications - PEAK, HIGH AND VALUE. Our rates are based on these seasons.
PEAK : 15 December - 31 January
HIGH : 1 February - 30 April
VALUE : 1 May - 15 July
HIGH : 16 July - 31 August
VALUE : 1 September - 15 November
HIGH : 16 November - 14 December

Notes
- Check IN time is between 2PM and 6PM. Outside these hours please contact us. Check OUT time 11AM. Please respect these times in order to allow us to seamlessly transition our arriving and departing guests.
- Rates are valid until 30 April 2018 and may be subject to change thereafter.
- Prices include a full breakfast made to order including; seasonal fruit, juice, coffee or tea, eggs, toast, crepes and other specialities.
- Additional meals can be prepared on request and agreement on price.
- Maximum two guests per room except for our:
- Triple Room which accommodates 3 adult guests OR 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years. An additional adult is permitted sharing existing beds with 3 other adults at an additional cost of US$30/night.
- We can provide vehicle transport to/from Bandaranaike International Airport to EKA, US$110 per vehicle each way which will be added to your bill.
- Guests take full responsibility for their own safety and their belongings on the premises and at the beach.
- Swimming from the adjoining beach is totally at the guests risk and all guests should be aware of the dangers of rough surf, rips and undertows and the hazards of sea swimming which can be present at any time of year.
- Any changes to Government taxes will be applied to the above rates.
- A discount on accommodation can be discussed for bookings of 6 nights or more.
- EKA’s Triple Room is suitable for handicapped guests. Please contact us for further details.
